This AR experience, developed for Instagram using dual camera effects, was designed to drive customer engagement during the holiday season. As consumers increasingly seek immersive and personalized digital experiences, AR offers a powerful way to connect—empowering users to become creators, strengthening relationships, and boosting shareability. By encouraging participation, the experience enhanced brand awareness and advocacy. Rooted in the concept of making the most out of time with others at the holidays, the creative invites users to celebrate in a way that’s as remarkable as they are—with a touch of Neiman Marcus magic.

Filter #1: The Book Experience bridges traditional and digital by bringing the iconic Christmas Book to life through augmented reality. Aimed at holiday book recipients, the experience is activated by scanning a QR code, which animates the book’s cover, and can be flipped to selfie mode for an interactive, festive twist.


Filter #2: The Everywhere Experience brings the magic of the holidays at Neiman Marcus to life through an interactive AR filter. Accessible to anyone via Instagram, Facebook, or QR code, the experience invites users to engage and share. Flip to selfie mode for an added interactive touch, making holiday moments even more memorable.
